[Dxbase] DXbase 2007 DXbase/VE7CC anomaly?

I have Dxbase 2007 running on 2 machines  - OS is 8.1 on one and XP on the
other. I have VE7CC configured the same on both machines (filtered to select
only North American originating spots - K & VE). In the VE7CC menu "DX
Display Format" I have "Orig State/Province" as one of the selections. In
the DXb internet cluster window, the XP machine lists the originator's state
to the right of the "time" column. The 8.1 machine shows nothing to the
right of the "time" column. Any ideas?
