[Dxbase] Problem Resloved

Default.co (Main column order file) , SVIEWHF.WID, and SVIEWHF.HGT

did not get saved properly as DXbase2007 was closing down.

Many thanks to Joe and Neal for contacting me and
suggesting fix ideas. The problem is resolved and involved
replacing three files. Not sure about the cause, but the system is now working
normally.
