[Dxbase] Now that XP is dead - Windows 7 or Windows 8 -- What to do

I transitioned from XP to Windows 7 with a little help from Neal. We 
have it at work.  My brother bought a computer with Windows 8 and it is 
hell.  My IT person at the office feels the same way about 8.
