[Dxbase] Already Opened...

Hi All,

I am trying to open an old MDB log file using 1.09 2007 and I get "Jet Database cannot open 7P8DA.mdb.  Its already opened by another user or you need permission to view its data"

No its not open and I tried running as administrator, no joy.

I have had this before and had a way to open these old MDB logs but I can not remember what I had to do.

Help?
