Neal,

Nope, I've checked that page many times and the default is Bureau.  I think 
DXB retains some log entry items from the call sign for previously worked 
stations.  I suspect that all these W1AW/portable operations have somehow 
gotten things messed up.  I will have to go back through all mine and see if 
any have Other associated with them.  That may be the problem.

Gary,

In the Tools->User Options screen, on the Log Default tab there are quite a
few options for the QSL Via. Make sure this hasn't somehow gotten to be
Other.
