[Dxbase] Upcoming DXpedition - K9W Wake Is.

Now that the government shutdown is over the K9W Wake Is. DXpedition team will shortly be departing for the island.  If you log K9W in DXbase it will default to the country code K instead of KH9.  As Joe has suggested previously a quick way to add this call to the Call Map is to enter a dummy contact for K9W into DXB and then edit the Prefix column to change from K to KH9.  When you move down to the next row DXB will ask if you want to save this new Prefix.  Answer Yes and save the record.  DXB will also auto adjust the CQ and ITU zone numbers.  Then highlight the QSO record and delete it from the log.  You are now set to work K9W and have it correctly assigned to Wake Is.
