Lou,
It sounds like your Logbook mdb file and your Refdata.mdb file
are out of sync ... If you are running DXbase2007, you can try
to use my
Refdata/Logbook Analyzer and Updater program
available at:
http://www.navycthistory.com/wa6axe/2007chkmdbs.html
you can ANALYZE your mdb files - before you make the updates
(which are automatic).
