I worked yl2kf on 14106.3 rtty 599 both ways on 10/13/2013 at 11:45 UTC. I have it confirmed through LOTW and in the log it shows confirmed by LOTW. Now if I do a Initialize table that qso shows up as not valid for DXCC. I have checked all I can think of and just do see it. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks Mike KDØFW
