[Dxbase] New update to AUTOLOTW exe program by Joe wa6axe

ALL DXbase2007 users:

For those users who have been using my AUTOLOTW exe program -- ARRL (LOTW)  
"changed" their URL for the LOTW website -- so, to make my AutoLOTW program
uptodate with this CHANGE -- I have just posted VERSION 2.64 of my program ..

The newest version will allow the DOWNLOAD / UPLOAD to the LOTW website
to be instantaneous = the OLD Versions will work -- but, you will HAVE TO
LOGIN MANUALLY ...

and the NEW URL starts with :

https://lotw.arrl.org/lotwuser/
