[Dxbase] Heads-up on upcoming DXpedition as FO/KH0PR - Austral Islands (ambiguous prefix)

  Just a heads-up about a callsign that is in the AMBIGUOUS category for Prefixes ...


 


  Just saw that the callsign  FO/KH0PR will be used from Raivavae Island, IOTA OC-114, 
  from May 8 to 15, 2013. This callsign will default to French Polynesia (FO) because of the


  Alias Map table mapping - and, because this is one of those Ambiguous prefixes.


 


  This callsign is not currently MAPPED in the CALLMAP table -- so, if you want,


  simply make a dummy QSO with this callsign and change the PREFIX column


  of your logbook mdb file to FO/A and then when the pop-up asks you if you want


  to save this FO/KH0PR mapped to FO -- say YES/OK ---- Then delete that dummy QSO ..


 


  The CALLMAP table will now be updated in advance so that if you work this


  station -- it will have the correct PREFIX in your logbook QSO window ...
