[Dxbase] Set Home Location for use with DX Atlas

I've recently upgraded to Windows 7 and am running DXBase v1.09 and 
DXAtlas v2.3. I have my home location set properly in DXAtlas and, when 
I launch it by itself, ly home location is correct. However, when I 
launch it from DXBase, my home location appears at 38.77 N, 77.25 W. If 
I change those values in DXBases DX Info window while connecetd to 
DXAtlas, my home location changes as it should and all is well. However, 
the changes aren't permanent and the next time I start DXBase, it's back 
to 38.77 N 77.25 W. How do I get my home location to be retained?
