Stan -- I installed it and moved everything (all files) to a
directory that I renamed RAC directly under C:\.  I use "C"
under CDROM Drive, "\RAC\" 
under CDROM Data Path, and RAC! under CDROM type.  Then I
check "Activate CDROM Interface in QSL Info Window" and also
check "auto screen lookups".

The CD initially made a file called "Radio Amateur Callbook"
and put it in the Program File directory.  I copied it
directly to the C: prompt so it is at the same "level" as
the Program file directory.
