[Dxbase] Internet host file problems

I am running DxBase 2007 under Windows Vista.

The list of internet dx cluster hosts does not show up in
the IP host list box in the internet setup dialog.
I do have a host file in the dxb2007 directory, in the C:/Windows directory
and also in the C:/Windows/system32 directory.
DxBase is installed on my D: drive.

My DxBase do have connection to K9USA cluster so DxBase must have this 
IP address
stored somewhere.

Can someone help me with the problem?

Also, is there a new updated host file out there somewhere, mine is
dated august 6. 2008?
