To do anything (look-see) -- I will NEED to know  WHAT SPECIFIC
REPORT filename you are trying to run ..

When you tell us

"When I do a standard report for grids ...."


This information can not tell me the SPECIFIC filename...

There are MANY Reports for GRIDS --

Are you going to Output /UHF/VHF Numeric Stats / Grid Squares ??

OR

Are you going to Output/ Standard Reports/ VHF Statistics /

If this is the case -- WHICH REPORT named are you talking about??
