[Dxbase] SPECIAL 2

I want to add in the "DEFAULT SPECIAL 2" column box,  the name of the various QTH towns I operated from. I want to do this for 22,000 QSOs already in DXbase2007.  I know I can cut & paste them in one box at a time 22,00 times . . . . but is there a tricky way to do this more quickly? Too bad ya can't select multiple field boxes in the column and then paste into all at one time. Anyyou have suggestions?
