[Dxbase] Annoying little nit

Since going over to the dark side and installing DXBase 2007 a while back I have been annoyed by a small detail that I can't seem to fix.  Under User Options/Log Defaults I have the default TX power set to 1000.  Yet whenever I make a contact the PWR field shows 100.  I've tried several resets of this info. but nothing seems to work.  Anyone see this and is there a way around it?
