[Dxbase] Heads-up on E6ST (Niue)

E6 is the new Prefix for Niue, so E6 callsigns should no longer be mapped to
ZK2. Instead, changes to show E6 as the Primary Prefix for Niue should be
made in your Country Prefix database on the Primary and Alias Map tabs.
That way, future E6 callsigns will be recognized as Niue, and no callsign
mapping will be necessary.
After making this change, you will need to go to each of your previous
contacts with Niue, and change the Prefix field to E6.
