[Dxbase] Auto-LOTW by Joe WA6AXE - and TQSL (BETA) Version 1.14

ALL who use my AutoLOTW exe program .. you might have seen very recently that there
is a BETA version 1.14 for TQSL ...

PSE be aware that if you use my AutoLOTW exe program - DO NOT use the BETA ver 1.14 
with my exe program .. stay with  ver 1.13 ...

The biggest thing that ver 1.14 of TQSL is doing is to get rid of the DUPES from being
sent to the LOTW website ..  Since my AutoLOTW program already does NOT send
up anything that has been sent up to LOTW BEFORE -- this feature of 1.14 is not needed.

PLUS - my program already allows you to upload your QSOs to LOTW with the press
of one button ..

YOU CAN use TQSL BETA version 1.14 -- if you are gathering your QSOs (to be uploaded
to LOTW website) via the Selection Wizard and then SIGNING that ADI FILE via the TQSL
program .. BE SURE and read the info about the BETA ver 1.14 -- so that you understand
what ver 1.14 is going to do.
