[Dxbase] DX Info Window and Summary Window Interaction

Dick,

In The Main Menu --   Tools/ User Options / Internet TAB

Go to the area called  "Screen Updates" --

and in that area Radio Button  "None" ...   

In this manner - the Summary window and the spots are disconnected ..
