[Dxbase] Refdata updated to 2012.09.04 includes E6 (Niue) and Z8 (Rep of So Sudan)

In the files section of the Dxbase Yahoo Group I have posted an updated Refdata.mdb in the folder "Refdata updated to 2012.09.04".  There is also a "ReadMeFirst.txt" file which you must read first!

Before making any changes be sure to backup your 'callsign'.mdb and refdata.mdb files and tuck them safely away!
