[Dxbase] Custom DX Marathon Award Worksheet

If you have the Seagate Crystal Reports program (ver 7.0 or 8.0) -- you can take the REPORT
that I made for the CQ DX Marathon Award -- file entitled:

cqdxmarathonaward2.rpt

(this is a Standard Style (DXbase2007) report)

and modify it to allow you to call for the beginning and ending dates.
