Gary,
I just tested the CWGet/CWType BRIDGE that I made and using the MACRO "setup" correctly to
log straight into DXbase2007 worked just like it should ...
The QSO is saved by SETTING-UP a MACRO with the proper info so that the QSO data
is sent thru the BRIDGE over to DXbase .. According to the CWType HELP section -- the following
is the MACRO to send with ::
~[lgs] or `[lgs] - to save QSO
into the log.

This utility connected DXBase2006 to the CWGet and CWType programs. It was especially nice to use with CWType as I could log a contact directly into DXB. I haven't used CWType since moving up to DXB2007 until today and discovered the bridge program doesn't seem to be working correctly now.

However, when I try to log a call with a macro in CWType it doesn't get entered into DXB. I'm sure this used to work with 2006. I don't think anything special such as an install needed to be done, but I can't seem to get it to function correctly. Does anyone know if the bridge utility was for 2006 only or are there different versions for 2006 and 2007?
