[Dxbase] Error message in new installation

A new installation of ver 1.10 on a W7 32 bits laptop gives error message :
“The database you selected is not compatible with this version of DXbase. Try again and choose the right database. DXbase will now abort.”
Can I avoid uninstall and reinstall?
Is there a file to edit which gives me the opportunity to choose database?
