[Dxbase] Previous QSO toolbar/option problem

 After very long time of flawless work  clicking on "Previous QSO"
binocular freezes the DXbase (2007 v1.09). The only option to do something
is to stop the program from "Task manager".
 The problem which appeared at the same time: clicking on "View Previous QSO
toolbar" does nothing: the toolbar disappeared two days ago and doesn't want
to show up.
 I did the entire "repair" and "compact" procedures with database with no
result hence will appreciate any other suggestions what might be done.
