[Dxbase] Problem with Import utility

Can somebody point me to where this ended up being posted.

I need to download and install to fix my import functionality as to update 
DXbase with the latest confirmations from LOTW.

I am sorry guys I thought I had posted the corrected version of the 
installer to fix that problem.

Give me an hour and I will have it up!
