I don't normally reply to the digest but there was only one message. 

You need to have a clublog account and be logged in.  give those two
conditions, you will be able to request bureau or direct qsl and be directed
to PayPal.  It works as I did it a couple hours ago.

7O6T just posted OQRS info on their site.  However there doesn't seem anyway
to access it so the log and PAYPAL info can be sent.  Did I miss something
or is that click omitted?
