[Dxbase] ITU Zones

I am working toward the CQ DX Field Award.  I worked a station in Field 
HO.  Most of HO field in not in an ITU zone.  There are also a lot of 
other areas on the planet that are not in an ITU zone.  DXbase will not 
allow a null value in the ITU zone column.

Can NONE be added to the zone list or a null value allowed?
