Here are the words rcvd today, in an email from Alex VE3NEA (author of DxAtlas),
via the [dxatlas] reflector -- I am sending this info along as FYI:

DX Atlas 2.3 has been released. New in this version:
 
- support of Windows 7;
- corrected country and province boundaries;
- updated prefix, city and island lists;
- updated time zone information;
- updated ionospheric model.
 
The high resolution relief dataset that previously was an optional download is now included in the standard package.
 
The update is free for all registered users. Unregistered users have a new 30-day trial period.
