Unzip it and read the installations instructions. It would be much faster to go through if you do not print it out as its 3x pages long (thats because its got a lot of screen shots to guide you through the process. Since you are running XP you do not need to go past the actual installation step as you do not need to make it 'XP' compatible for Windows 7.
