[Dxbase] missing DLL = ot1104as.dll

[Larry E Price]

Tnx for quick reply. I downloaded the file, extracted it to the folder that
contains dxbase, looked at the list of files and now see ot1104as.dll
listed, rebooted the computer, BUT, I still get the same error message...

Suggestions?
