[Dxbase] VUCC Award QSO selection

Last week I did my first VUCC Award submission (6 meters) via LoTW and it was completed the next morning. I made sure that all of the QSO's that were credited via LoTW are also indicated as credited for VUCC under the Award column in the log. I then did a card based submission for 39 cards for grids that were not confirmed via LoTW and had the cards checked by a field checker. I also made sure that the QSO's in the log for the field checked QSO's were also listed as credited for VUCC in the Award column.
Now, if I run a new Output -> Awards -> VUCC and select 6 meters, Exclude Past Submissions, Use QSO Log Records, and Cards Only it finds 5 cards that thinks need to be submitted for credit. If I select LoTW or Both, no new QSO/QSL's are found as expected.
I've tried several things to resolve that and none of them appear to be the right answer.... I've verified that they were not set to be selected in the Select Column, I've Reinitialized the tables, I've closed DXBase and ran the "repair" function on the database, etc.
I have noticed that all 5 of those cards selected are ones where an LoTW confirmation was used for the award.
I am running the most current DXBase 2007, just downloaded and installed on a new(er) computer running Win7 32 bit a couple of weeks before starting on the VUCC project.
I've done this same functionality under the DXCC awards area and haven't see similar behavior over there.
Any thoughts or ideas why this is doing that for me?
Thanks & 73,
