[Dxbase] Zone checker utilities by WA6AXE

Since upgrading from 2006 to 2007 one of the things I miss havimg are some
utility programs Joe created a few years back to check the mdb file for
errors in CQ and ITU zones. I do a lot of Non-DXBase imports from my
contest logger. The problem is that the DXBase import routine populates the
zone data based on the number in the call sign. In the US anyway, the
number in a call sign no longer accurately represents where the station is
actually located. So a 6 station in FL will come into the log with the
zones for CA. A 1 call in TX will be loaded with the zones from 1 land,
etc.

Joe identified this problem and created a number of utilities to do zone
checking - usazonechecker.exe, otherzonechecker.exe and RUzonechecker.exe.
These utilities scanned the mdb file looking for zones that were in error,
presented a list of the problem ones and corrected the files if you opted to
do so. Really handy utilities to have.

I still have the ones I used for DXB2006. Does anyone know if these
utilities work with DXB2007, or did Joe create specific versions for 2006
and 2007. If, as I suspect, there are different versions for 2006 and 2007
does anyone have copies of the 2007 versions they would be willing to share.
Since Joe took down his web site I cannot check this for myself. Also, I
suspect the RUzonechecker.exe may be a bit out of date due to the change on
the RU call signs awhile back.

Any feedback is appreciated.
