[Dxbase] Using Radio 2

I tried it and it works exactly as you say! Now the radio to which a 
spot is sent is determined by the Radio 2 button. That's pretty neat!

Now, Neal: is this behavior actually a bug? From what I gathered from 
your response, setting the band plan mapping radio to "DISABLE" is 
expected to disable sending spots on which I click to *any* radio. 
But that's not how things are working. I will say that If it's a bug, 
it's a rather convenient bug.
