[Dxbase] Using Radio 2

Bandplan settings, it may be defaulted to radio 1, in which radio 2 is
ignored.   Change the bandplan to noe, then try it
It worked (lots of) for me  I have to change EACH bandplan line to shut off
radio 1 only

I'm running DXBase V1.09. I just finished refurbishing my venerable TS-930S.
It has the optional PIEXX board that implements the TS-570 protocol. I can
control the frequency with the "Set HF Frequency" 
interface, but when I select the Radio 2 button and then click on a spot,
the Radio 2 button is deselected and the command is sent to Radio 1 (a
TenTec Orion II) instead.

This is the first time I've ever tried using two radios with DXBase
-- what am I missing?
