[Dxbase] Accessing QRZ information from the internet

DXBase Users or Neal,

Can someone tell me how to setup DXBase 2007 so it accesses and uses the 
address information from QRZ.com off the internet.    I want to pull the 
address information off the internet and not from a CD or from my C 
drive as I usually do.  Is this possible?
