[Dxbase] ADIF issue

It appears that when I make a .adif file for either LoTW or Club Log/eQSL.
I am not getting updates.  Although I faithfully change (manually) the
DXbase 2006 record when a QSL or LoTW confirmation is received (and all
QSOs are marked B, C or L for sent and received).  However, while I have
updated that QSL info, the new .adif still shows no change.  What should
have become a "Y" for QSL both sent and received is still an "N" and this
is very confusing to me.

Can anyone help me resolve this?
