[Dxbase] Can Not View All Columns in QSO Log

Fred, NØXA, had a power failure a couple of days ago and since then is
not able to view all the columns in his QSO Log sub-window at one time.
The data is there but he has to use the horizontal scroll bar to access
each column of his log. If he expands the QSO Log window to the full
width of his monitor, there is still just one column (or two for the
Date and Time columns) viewable in that sub-window. He is running
DXBase 2007 on an XP machine.
I looked at his system using Team Viewer and was not able to determine
what is needed to repair this problem. In the one instance where both
the Date and Time columns are visible, I could drag the column separator
left or right but was not able to access any other separators to get
other columns to come back onto the left-most portion of the QSO Log
sub-window. Each column of the QSO Log sub-window occupies the full
width of the sub-window.
Fred does have a second instance of DXBase 2007 running on another
computer in his shack and it does display the QSO Log sub-window
correctly. Could it be possible that he just needs to copy over an
".ini" file from the "good" computer to the "bad" computer?
He needs help from someone more knowledgeable in DXBase 2007 than I am.
Fred originally posted his problem (see below) under the heading
"verticle lines in qso log window."
