[Dxbase] New installation of V1.09 closes at startup

Happy New Year to all!
 Just installed a new V1.09 on a new  Win7/64 bit machine, trying
simultaneously to migrate from old XP PC/V1.07. Of cause made the
recommended changes to REG file.
After the normal opening of  "welcome" screen getting the famous "DXBase
wasn't shut down properly...reinit the band/mode tables..." on a top of the
rest of the windows. After clicking "ok" on it- everything shuts down.
Will appreciate any help.
