[Dxbase] AutoPrefix updater version 4.42 posted (now with R1MV officially a deleted entity)

ALL DXbase2007 users:

Now that The ARRL has Officially placed the  R1MV entity  to the DELETED ENTITY LIST, I have
updated my chkmdbs.exe file with the FULL Refdata.mdb updates involving R1MV as being
DELETED ... 

NOTE!!!   -------   If you have already used my updater in the past day or so, then this one really is not that
big of a thing ... 

But - I wanted to have the newest updater and refdata info available to any DXbase2007 user.
