[Dxbase] No Import Dropdown after new installation

I thought everything was in order after migrating DXBase 2007 to a new installation on a Windows 7 laptop. However, I no longer have any of the drop-down auxiliary programs (such as Non-DXBase Import) from the Start menu. How do I restore that functionality so that I can import LoTW QSOs from an ARRL ADIF file? I need to do this soon so that I can make my DXCC submission for 2012.
