[Dxbase] Merging LOTW QSL's

Bob, I seem to recall that when you download your QSL file from LoTW the
file includes only those records entered since the date of the last
download.  No worries.

I've done this before, but it's been a long time.  I assume I download a QSL
ADIF file from LOTW.  

I have a huge DXBase log and there are plenty of LOTW confirmations in the
log.  Not sure when I did the last merge.  If I download all LOTW QSL's,
what happens to those already confirmed in DXBase?
