[Dxbase] Support for QSL state "Verified" -- REPORT to make adi file for Club Log - WA6AXE

I have made an update to my DXbase Standard Style report that is entitled:

adiexportClubLog.rpt

If you have the AWARD column (for the QSO) checkmarked for DXCC and the
QSO was confirmed via a QSL CARD, my report will make the  
QSL_RCVD  entry with a  V  for Verified.
