[Dxbase] CW stops with internet spots

Hi and appreciate any possible fixes for this:

 

I use WinKey and the latest DXbase software

WinKey is set up per the manual

 

CW works perfectly if and only if I turn off internet packet spots.

If I turn on spots and am sending CW characters, there is a delay until the
internet spot finishes.

This can be very annoying if multiple spots come in since the delay can be
significant.
