[Dxbase] Manually changing the prefix of ZK2 to E6

I agree with Dick.  With my current AL9A call I have 30 records in LOTW, 17 
of which are confirmed.  I am patiently waiting for the ZK2C operation from 
last Feb. to upload to LOTW in hopes that 11 more ZK2's will be confirmed at 
that time.  If all of them are good that will make 28 confirmed in LOTW out 
of 30 worked.  I don't want to change the these prefixes to E6 because that 
is not what I worked!  Much better to create new mapping for E6 based on the 
03Aug2012 effective date, if that is what it is, and leave the historical 
QSOs untouched.
