[Dxbase] Notes field

I just entered 3 new USA Light House numbers into the Notes field, so 
that Joe's report could pick them up, and DXbase 2007 V1.09 came up with 
an error that SA-xxx was not in the IOTA database.  I am not sure why 
DXbase is all of a sudden reading the Notes field for IOTA numbers!

Every time I go to those rows, it takes 2 enters to get rid of the error 
balloons.
