[Dxbase] Old user/new computer

I stopped to use DXBase 2007 some years ago. Now I wish to restore it but I can't. I have lost the serial number and I am using Windows7 in my new PC. I only have the IT9GSF.MDB file with ovre 100,000 QSOs.
What I have to do? I have an old registration key (it9gsf.reg) but it doesn't work with my installation program.
Any help is very very appreciated.
