[Dxbase] [dxbase] ICOM 7600, 7700, 7800, 9100 and 7410 Radio ini file SPLIT "works now"

The one excellent part of DXbase is that ANYONE can modify their own Radios.ini file
to suit their needs!!  This flexibility is already built into DXbase and the Radios.ini file.
So, "if"  the fact that ICOM finally gave us the ability to read the SPLIT status isn't a plus for
some people - I don't know what is!!  

If the current running condx at anyones QTH/Shack is not meeting your needs
then - pse,  program the Radios.ini file to suit your needs -- literally ANYONE out there!!

I simply took-on the challenge to try and USE the SPLIT status bit to let DXbase
know an extra bit of information - it worked for the situations that the three users
who helped me - put their rigs thru .. your needs might be very different.  I don't even
own an ICOM rig - I just wanted to HELP some of the users out there .. period ...
