Delete all files with TQ5, TQ6... I had same error..

Or uninstall all TQSL software and start with clean new TQSL

I am trying to help a DXbase2007 user (LA4KF) with his TQSL program ... the background
for this is:

Oystein LA7QI - (SK now) -- helped Finn LA4Kf years ago with his TQSL program - and,
uploading/downloading from the LOTW website ..

But -- the TQSL Certificate for LA4Kf has expired .. so, we make a New Certificate Request
(TQ5) -- and FYI - there is NO certificate at all in his TQSL Certificate program -- a P12 file
was never made ..

So -- we get to the end of the New Certificate Request -- and it writes the TQ5
file to his computer -- BUT, then when the TQSL Certificate program is SUPPOSED to
WRITE the  "Pending" Certificate info to the TQSL Certificate program window --
we GET an error

System : Permission Denied 


I looked at his TQSLCert.exe program and it is NOT checkmarked for Read ONLY ...

I am at a LOSS right now -- as to how to proceed any further with help for Finn ...

Has anyone run into this kind of ERROR  with the TQSL Certificate program ???

Anything at all will help -- sorry about Off-Topic ...
