[Dxbase] Summary Window

[KB2000a]

I had the same problem a couple months ago, actually lost updates for a couple weeks after doing some other install and updating some new country info (not sure if they were connected). DXBase 2007 v 1.5. Same thing, it worked if you typed a call directly in the Summary Callsign window, but not from the internet or from typing a call into the log. After a couple reboots, it just seemed to start again and has not had any more problems.
