One more thought about the use of the Team Viewer -- Designing a QSL Card Layout or
Label Layout -- and you watch and learn from the experience.

One thing that I do use - to communicate with the user (when phone is not available)  -
is -- I bring up Notepad program and talk with the user via that program -- and I ask them
to answer me back via that program ..

One misconception (I think) that might be in some users mind is ::

When we link-up via Team Viewer .. we are using the "Remote Control" part of the
program ... NOT the Video Conference part ... So, what you see on your monitor -- is
exactly what I see here on my display also..
